A Message from the Founder

Learning and Development has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, so it’s no surprise that I qualified to be a teacher and spent 25 years in educational settings in a variety of roles! After leaving the teaching profession, it was a natural step to stay involved in the educational world by supporting people to continue to gain skills and knowledge, helping them to unlock their potential and follow their dream careers. My mission is creating career pathways and bespoke learning programmes, with a strong emphasis on innovative educational theory and practices. Apprenticeship and Graduate schemes are the perfect vehicle to achieve this through training and upskilling individuals to keep pace with an everchanging world with a future facing outlook. The L&D world is a continuous journey of personal development that we all can benefit from, making businesses more successful and increasing retention and satisfaction. It is a world where I continue to be inspired.
